Chief Executive Officer
Tony Dorazio, Chief Executive Officer
Tony founded the Vertical Screen family of companies in 1989 as well as its sister company Fieldprint. Responsible for overseeing the company’s operations to ensure the strategic direction and development of resources and new growth opportunities, Tony’s leadership has positioned Vertical Screen at the forefront of the applicant screening industry and his organizational initiatives and vision have been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Prior to founding the company, he served as a senior information specialist at KPMG Peat Marwick. Tony received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Temple University and a Master of Science in Information Studies from Drexel University.
Stefan Keller, President
Stefan has been with the company since 1991, and oversees all aspects of its operations, including sales and marketing, compliance and client relations. He has particular expertise in legal, operational and technological issues related to applicant screening. Stefan regularly writes for screening industry publications and speaks at industry conferences on applicant screening-related topics, such as how to resolve conflicts created by differing security laws that govern applicant screening and privacy laws that restrict access to personal information.
Prior to joining Vertical Screen, Stefan worked as an editor and investigative reporter for Cox Newspapers and Tribune Media Services in Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.
N. Alexander Erlam
N. Alexander Erlam, General Counsel
Alex has been with Vertical Screen since September 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in all areas of employment law, and has developed specific employment law expertise in background screening law (Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Drivers Privacy Protection Act), discrimination law (federal and state anti-discrimination statutes) and immigration law, as well as general human resources expertise.
Alex has a law degree from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science/pre-law from Villanova University. Alex is a frequent and noted speaker on employment law topics. He has written articles and given hundreds of seminars to management and human resources professionals on employment law and consumer protection topics.
Chief Financial Officer
Edward Dodds, Chief Financial Officer
Ed has been with the company since May of 2005 and is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of Vertical Screen’s finance and accounting functions. Through the assessment and evaluation of financial forecasting, trends and budgeting, Ed works to provide fellow senior executives with strategic input and guidance on the financial implications of the company’s short- and long-term business activities.
Ed received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1985 and has been a registered CPA for over 20 years.
Chief Operating Officer
Tim Gaudreau, Chief Operating Officer
With the company since January 2007, Tim oversees the direction of daily operations at a high level with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely investigative reports are delivered to our clients. Serving as our NAPBS and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System representative, Tim is responsible for setting our corporate objectives and internal production standards as well as providing subject matter and operational expertise for our clients, Account Management, Customer Service and Sales teams.
Prior to assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer, Tim served as a coordinator in Vertical Screen’s Public Records department and from there was elevated to the role of Director of Operations. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Studies and Economics from Arcadia University in 2006.
Vice President of Human Resources
Marcine Schiehser, Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Marcine is responsible for planning, development, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating all human resource functions and performance. Marcine translates the strategic and tactical business plans for Vertical Screen into actionable HR plans and programs and develops staffing strategies and programs to identify talent for all positions. Marcine is also responsible for developing Vertical Screen's compensation and benefit programs and managing all employee relation matters.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and holds an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Marcine has been with Vertical Screen for 4 years and has had extensive experience managing the human resources function and department in various industries, including pharmaceutical, non-profit and healthcare.
Vice President of Information Technology
Randall Cole, Vice President of Information Technology
Vertical Screen's IT team is led by the Vice President of Information Technology, Randall Cole, who has been in the IT field for more than 20 years and specializes in enterprise networking and security. Randall manages our Information Technology department including IT personnel, software systems, network infrastructure, Help Desk operations and security. Randall is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Certified and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Prior to joining Vertical Screen, Randall was the Director of IT Operations for INC Research. Randall received a Master of Science degree in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University.
Vice President of Information Technology Project Management
Danielle Zonis, Vice President of Information Technology Project Management
Danielle has been with Vertical Screen for more than 16 years, spending the last nine years in the IT department. Danielle specializes in system architecture, project management and systems integration. As the Vice President of IT Project Management, she is responsible for identifying and implementing integration strategies between Vertical Screen and its clients. Danielle oversees technology implementation/integration and ongoing technology systems management.
Danielle is a member of several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) from which she received her Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the Association of Information Technology Professional (AITP). She received her degree from Temple University in 1997.
